Artisan Market Flyer November.jpeg

We are a small nursery located in Eugene, OR. Our focus is on providing customers with a wide selection of plants. We offer Oregon natives, as well as other North American pollinator friendly plants that thrive in our unique Willamette Valley environment. Our goal is to grow "hard working" and beautiful plants that afford food for insects, birds, and humans, improve the soil, and provide erosion control.

We also offer plant bundles to help customers take the guess work out of gardening.

*Recent additions to our selection include natural dye plants - these can be purchased individually or in packages.

yarrow flowers

Achillea millefolium

Found almost everywhere throughout North America, Achillea millefolium, or yarrow, are drought tolerant and easy to grow. Yarrow attracts butterflies and numerous species of moths and beetles use the plant as a larval host. Yarrow leaves and roots have a distinctive odor, and historically the plant was used for its medicinal properties.

"Achillea" refers to the Greek hero Achilles, who purportedly used the plant to heal the wounds of soldiers!
